THE ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms:  There are two bedrooms:  one with a double bed and one with a single bed.  Bedding, bed linen, towels and hair-dryers are provided.  A Mothercare travel cot with bedding is also available.

Bathroom:  Comprises WC, sink, bath with electric shower, electric shaver point.

Kitchenette:  Fully-fitted modern kitchenette including gas cooker, fridge, microwave, automatic washing machine/tumble drier and an iron.  All utensils, crockery and cutlery are supplied.  In addition there is a picnic basket (which includes a thermos flask) for the use of guests.

Living/dining area:   Open-plan adjoining kitchenette.

Heating:  The chalet is centrally-heated by night storage heaters.

General:  No pets allowed, particularly dogs as Gletness is a crofting area with sheep and lambs in the vicinity of the chalet.  Similarly, as a consideration to local crofters, we would ask all visitors to observe the ‘country code’ eg not climbing fences, gates or stone dykes, leaving gates as they are found, etc.
